At Wishlight Candle Co., we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of handcrafted candles, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or burned candles

  • Sale items / clearance

  • Digital gift cards

  • Custom-made products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace it at no cost to you.
